Bank Set to Foreclose on Juelz Santana’s Home While Rapper Is in Prison

According to Bossip, Juelz Santana’s New Jersey condo will be foreclosed on after the rapper failed to respond to the case brought against him. Wells Fargo Bank filed court documents asking the judge place Juelz in default. The bank claims the rapper had ample time to respond to their case but failed to do so. As a result, the condo could be an automatic foreclosure if the judge rules in favor of the bank.

Wells Fargo is looking for the money owed on the property which is currently valued at $391,000, or for the condo to be sold to cover the home’s costs in addition to Juelz being banned from holding any stake in the property’s equity.

Juelz Santana is currently serving time after a loaded firearm was found in his carry-on luggage back in 2018. He is set to be released in 2021.
